By using our service, you agree to our terms of service on this web page. This Terms of Service ("TOS") constitutes a valid and binding agreement between ImageLodge ("ImageLodge", "Us" or "Company") and you ("you" or "your") for the use of the ImageLodge Software and Content, as those terms are defined below.

Acceptance of Terms

ImageLodge provides its Content to you, subject to the following TOS, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Each time you use ImageLodge Content and/or Software, you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current TOS. If you do not wish to be bound by these TOS, you may discontinue your use of the Content and/or Software. In addition, when using particular ImageLodge owned or operated Contents, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Contents that may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

Description of Services

ImageLodge provides users with an online storage solution for images and videos, which after being uploaded can be shared with other users. You also understand and agree that in addition to the content, ImageLodge may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for JOKERshare to provide the Content. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Content, including the release of new ImageLodge properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Content is provided "AS-IS" and that ImageLodge assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all computer and communications equipment necessary to access the Content.

Allowed Content

You may upload almost any type of content as long as you own the copyright to it. However, content is strictly disallowed if it is any of the following:

  • Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any United States laws pertaining to digital content usage.
  • Files that are pedophiliac. This includes, but is not limited to, persons under the age of 18 either posing as "models" or taking part in otherwise sexually implicit or explicit situations.

Privacy Policy

At any given time, the following data and information about a user may be collected:

  • IP Address
  • Email address
  • Tracking cookie
  • Time at which a file is uploaded, modified, or accessed
  • File's URL
  • Referrer logs
  • Registration cookie

The above-listed data and information is used in conjunction with its respective services. Some of the above-listed information may also be used in an effort to assist law enforcement entities regarding the uploading of illegal content. ImageLodge is committed to privacy and will never, under any circumstances, sell, distribute, or otherwise reveal personally identifiable information to any non-law-enforcement third party entities.
